A Busy Start to October!

Well, October is in full swing around Kings Court Catering! Everything from baking, to curry, to weddings, and the list goes on, and on.

Starting early November, we will be opening a Pastry Boutique in our building. All of the staff, including our new baker, Lisa are very excited to give the public a chance to purchase sweets, preserves, and many other things! Keep reading in the next couple weeks to learn more about the opening of this Boutique!!

Just like last year, in the next couple of days Kathy, and Craig are going to be busy making Pumpkin Curry. Along with the help of the other kitchen staff, we will be cleaning, and cutting up over 200 locally grown pumpkins! Our Pumpkin Curry will be available for purchase at Knox Pumpkin Farm (located in Hampton), and Watson Farm (located in Bowmanville).

Also at Knox Pumpkin Farm this year, they will be holding the Fourth Annual Gates Open Savour Durham Harvest Dinner. Ourselves, along with Durham Tourism, and Durham Farm Fresh Marketing Association will be hosting this event. Come join us and enjoy a four-course gourmet meal of locally produced farm fresh food.
